How does the LED lighting system improve nighttime walks?

FIDA features a dual-safety lighting system with a front LED headlight and 3 RGB side light modes. The front light helps illuminate the path ahead, while the side lights help drivers, and pedestrians notice you and your dog in low-light conditions.

How long does the LED light last on a full charge?

The built-in 800mAh rechargeable battery provides up to 3 hours of continuous lighting. The included USB charging cable makes it easy to recharge and keep your leash ready for daily walks.

Which size should I choose for my dog?

FIDA offers two sizes to fit different dogs.

Medium: Up to 55 lbs / 25 kg

Large: Up to 88 lbs / 40 kg

For the best experience, choose the size based on your dog's weight and pulling strength.

Does the leash prevent tangling during walks?

Yes. The 360° flexible rotation system allows smooth movement and helps prevent the leash from twisting or tangling when your dog changes direction, runs, or circles around you.

Why is my LED light not turning on?

If the LED light does not turn on, please make sure the leash is fully charged before first use. Press the button to activate the front LED headlight and switch between the 3 RGB side light modes.
