Is the waist belt adjustable?

Yes, it is. This leash comes with two waist belt options: the standard size, adjustable from 25½" to 44" (65cm to 112cm), and the large size, adjustable from 32½" to 58" (83cm to 147cm).
Are the handles padded?

Yes, it is. I have sensitive hands, so the padded handle is great. I like the silky and comfortable feel of this leash.
What's the difference between the single bungee and the dual bungee?

The single bungee features one shock absorber and the dual bungee features two shock absorbers. The dual bungee provides better shock absorption than single one. You can choose according to your need and preference.
Is this reflective in the dark?

Yes, VIVAGLORY hands free dog leash features reflective stitching to enhance visibility in low-light conditions, providing added safety during evening or early morning walks.
What are cleaning instructions for this product?

To avoid damage, do not use a washing machine, hand wash instead.
